About the class
Our Sunday morning mobility class designed for people who train hard, sit too much, or just want to feel more in control of how their body moves.
Led by an experienced coach with training in yoga, Pilates, reformer, and personal training — and real-world experience recovering from a spinal injury — this class is built for results. It’s not about mindfulness or mantras. It’s about moving better, recovering faster, and reducing the risk of injury so you can keep doing the things you love.
You’ll improve posture, increase your range of motion, and build better awareness of how your body functions — all in a structured, supportive, and down-to-earth environment

🕗 When: Sundays, 8am–9am

📆 Format: 8-week blocks (with pro rata booking available for summer flexibility)
